The challenge
The academy did not want a generic template site. It needed a polished, multilingual platform for corporate buyers, with English and Spanish content, interactive forms, pop-ups, audio handling, and custom front-end behavior. Just as important, the internal team had to manage the platform after delivery. Without a clear self-management system, every small edit would create a developer dependency and slow future marketing, quietly turning a new website into a recurring cost centre.
Why the academy chose Rollout IT
The project combined implementation, UI problem-solving, and client enablement, and Rollout IT was a fit for all three. The goal was never just to publish pages. It was to leave the client with a platform they could operate confidently across regions and languages, on their own.
The solution
We built the platform on WordPress and Elementor, then extended it with custom JavaScript wherever the standard editor fell short. The site includes more than 30 unique landing pages from a custom Figma design, a manual English-Spanish switcher, multi-step forms, toggles, conditional content blocks, file uploads, pop-up behavior, and embedded audio.
Because the client wanted ownership after launch, we created a self-management toolkit: 11 tutorial videos and 2 support PDFs covering the work the team would actually repeat, including form edits, pop-up management, page translation, image adjustment, layout updates, and Yoast SEO configuration. The collaboration stayed responsive across time zones. As a partner, we optimized for the client’s independence rather than for ongoing billable edits, which is the outcome a marketing team actually wants from a build.
Results
- A custom bilingual platform aligned with the academy’s B2B positioning.
- An internal team equipped to manage key content and marketing workflows independently.

The AI angle
No AI feature is claimed here. The strongest business angle is client empowerment: a custom platform that supports global marketing without creating a permanent development bottleneck.
In their words
“The team was constantly in touch and answered almost all my queries during the project.”
What’s next
The next step is to connect content performance to lead quality: which landing pages attract corporate prospects, which forms convert best, and which bilingual journeys need optimization. Rollout IT can help wire that measurement into the platform.
